Harassment against a person with a disability, and/or his or her associate, is prohibited by law.

Examples:

• Making jokes at the expense of a person with a disability
• Unnecessary gestures mimicking someone’s disability
  
• Intentionally disclosing/threatening to disclose information or medical history
